I followed the setup as instructed in the manual here: https://voiceservice.vidaa.com/google-assistant/guide. When I get the point where I link my VIDAA account to my Google account I can see in the page that it is linked with my TV. However when I try "OK Google, launch YouTube on [TV name]" using the TV name I have selected or any other command it does not work. I tried it on my phone and on my Nest device and it it tells me it either doesn't understand the command or I need to add the device.

Why won't this work?
