What to do when MAX is not playing on my Hisense Roku TV?

I have been using Max for almost a year, and this morning, I found it not working on my Hisense Roku TV. I would like to clarify that my subscription is active. Help me.!!

Yes sure. I am using Hisense Roku TV model 43R6G. I am trying to use the Max app from Norway.

Thank you for providing the details. Since your subscription is of no fault, I would want you to try the following things as a primary fixing technique in no particular order.

1. Check if there is any issue with your internet connectivity. Try to restart your router once. 
2. The outdated version of your HBO Max may be the reason. So, update the app if necessary.
3. You can even try to restart the Hisense 43R6G once to check if you can access the app.

Even after trying the above things, if you still can't access HBO Max, then you should connect your Hisense TV to a VPN like NordVPN. Since you are trying to use the app from Norway, this may help you out.

If not, I recommend you contact the Hisense TV support team for further help.
