Vertical coloured bands after Hisense startup screen

 I have a Hisense 55U7QFTUK which has developed a fault, when I switch it on the Hisense welcome screen comes on, and the screen then goes to vertical colour banding and you cannot see the programme but you can hear the sound. The tv was purchased on the 24-02-2021, I have had no problems with it until this.

I have attached a photo showing the colour banding on the screen, can anyone help with this problem
