I've been facing an issue with my Hisense TV where the power button on the remote isn't responding at all.
I tried several times, and the TV won't turn on at all is the result. The cables are fine and connected properly.
Also, I only changed the batteries a month ago. Looking for some real help.
If you are 100% sure that the problem is only with the Power button on the remote, you need to check whether the button is stuck or got jammed. In either of the cases, use a sharp tool like a pin to pop out the button. Also, clean the dust and debris on the button. After that, check whether the Power button is working or not. Usually, this may fix the issue.
If it doesn’t, then the problem may be with the IR sensor on the remote. In this case, you need to buy a new Hisense TV remote. For the time being, you can rely on the Power button on the TV panel to turn on the Hisense TV.
