The Hisense TV that I purchased got stuck in the store mode. As a result, the video and audio quality is stronger than usual. I am unsure of how to switch it back to home mode. While I tried to fix it, I was out of luck. Can you please share tips or fixes? My Hisense TV model is U8G.
Actually, it’s pretty simple to turn off the store mode on Hisense 43A4GE TV. You can do it by navigating to the Settings section. To know the procedures in detail, refer to the steps below.
1. Go to Settings on your Hisense Smart TV.
2. Navigate to Advanced Settings or Device Preferences.
3. Tap Location or Usage Mode on the next screen.
4. To disable the store mode, just select the Home Mode option.
If the option Home Mode is greyed out and you are unable to disable the store mode, restart the Hisense TV and check again. If it doesn’t work, reset the Hisense TV to disable the store mode.
