Hi, could someone tell me if the Hisense 40″ A4KAU Full HD Smart TV 23 has the app store? Also, can the Britbox streaming app be downloaded?

Yes. The Britbox app is available for the Hisense 40″ A4KAU model. This model is a VIDAA TV and has the VIDAA App Store, from which you can download the Britbox app. Refer to the steps to download the BritBox app on the Hisense 40″ A4KAU TV.
1. Choose the Apps option on the TV home screen.
2. Tap My Apps and hit the Search icon at the top.
3. Search for the BritBox app and click it from the suggestions.
4. Tap the Install button to download the app on your TV.
